Universal Care Connections

About Us

Who We Are

At Universal Care Connections (UCC), we believe that support should feel like family. For years, we’ve been providing long-term supported accommodation and community access supports across the Hunter region. As a proud family-run business, we know the value of belonging, trust, and a place to call home.

Our motto — “We care because we care” — is simple but true. Care isn’t just what we do, it’s who we are.

Our Story

UCC was created with one purpose: to provide people living with disability a safe, welcoming, and supportive place where they could thrive. Too often, disability services can feel clinical or impersonal. We wanted to change that.

By starting small and keeping our roots local, we’ve built a service that is personal, genuine, and deeply connected to our community. Every home we manage, every outing we support, and every relationship we form is guided by our commitment to treating people as part of our extended family.

Our Mission

To provide safe, long-term homes and meaningful community opportunities that empower people living with disability to live with dignity, independence, and connection.

Our Values

Home

Everyone deserves a place that feels safe, stable, and welcoming.

Family

As a family-run provider, we extend that same closeness and trust to everyone we support.

Belonging

We believe in creating opportunities for people to connect, make friends, and be part of their community.

Respect

Every person’s choices, goals, and individuality are central to the support we provide.

Trust & Safety

As an NDIS-registered provider, we hold ourselves to the highest standards of care and compliance.

What We Do

24/7 support in safe, family-style homes across Rutherford, Cliffleigh, and Aberglasslyn. Options are available for children, adults, and older participants.

Purpose-built or modified homes designed for accessibility, independence, and dignity.

Outings, activities, and social opportunities that bring fun, connection, and confidence into everyday life.
